Updating Vehicles in MaxiSys Elite

I can't update a lot of vehicles.

For BENZ, it's repeatedly "Install Failed"

I've tried Chrysler, probably 15 times, and it starts sometimes Installing 3% up to 30, restarts itself, nothing.

BMW, it just downloads for awhile, nothing.

Any suggestions?

I finally updated the Crash Fix, after multiple tries .

Any advice?
Is there anyway to update this besides using the UPDATE Feature built into the software? Perhaps connect to a PC and flashing it this way. Getting frustrated with trying.

Having the same issue. Tablet just restarts and nothing gets updated. This seems to be the normal situation lately with updating.

After latest update attempt, Autel is hung up on "MAXISYS ELITE" SMART EVOLUTION Screen....won't boot.

Please press on the Power off button for over 15 seconds to turn it off, then restart the table to check the result.

AutelUSA held my MaxisysElite for almost a month, I call them today, and they tell me they don't support it and tell me to mail it to China.

Would of been nice if they figured that out before I mailed it to New York and waited a month.

For warranty, it's always better to contact with your original dealer.
